Another house that I know in the "Real World"

When I was young, and had far fewer responsibilities than I do now, I use to house/pet sit. The best part was sitting for a family that wanted me to stay in their home, instead of just checking on it every day. Out of the many houses I was trusted to stay in, this was my favorite! (With a few modifications )

Upstairs are two bedrooms, two baths, a big kitchen with plenty of counter space. The plant filled combination living/dining room has a fireplace to cuddle in front of, plenty of books for reading, and a big screen t.v.

Downstairs includes another bed and bath, as well as a den. They could easily be converted into an in-law apartment for your elderly Sims. Or maybe a small home-based business if you have OFB?

There is also a huge, empty walk-in basement, perfect for stashing all your aspiration/career rewards, turning into a bowling alley, or what have you!

Not being perfect, I completely forgot to include fire and burgular alarms! But if your Sims can afford this house on a 3x4 lot, surely they can foot the bill for a new security system?

Costing $146,143., this would be a great home for entertaining! The house has been run through the Clean Installer, and any had been made with entirely Maxis items- no custom content included!
