*True Story*

So, there's this house down the street. It's in terrible shape, needs a ton of work, and the old man who lives there looks like he hasn't bathed in a long, long time. But this house calls to me. It wants me. It needs me to take it and give it the love it's so obviously lacking, to fix it up and make it all better.

Right. Like I could afford to do that any time soon! But I can do the next best thing. I've recreated the house and fixed it up. Now I offer it to you!

The house has three bedrooms and 1 bath on a small lot. A combined dining/living room downstairs, a kitchen, and an extra room that can be used as a porch or sunroom. Modestly furnished and offered at just under $40,000! Perfect for the growing family.

This lot includes no custom content or recolors! Yes, Maxis items only, which was really, really hard! (I have a ton of downloads) It has also been run through the Clean Installer.
