This is my first upload so i hope i did it right *crosses fingers* The house is on a 3x2 lot and costs $29,587. It features 3 bedrooms (one master one with ensuite) and 1 bathroom.

I came across this really cool floor plan of a A style house so i created my own version and here it is! The house is unfurnished so you can decorate it to your own personal style i hope you enjoy it!

This house has been scanned with the Clean Installer and is HACK FREE!

**** Version 2 **** I found out i didnt completely finish the garage to work properly, it wasnt big enough so ive changed it to work now, as a result the right side of the house has been extended by 1 tile and the ensuite for the master bedroom downstairs has been reduced to 2x5 tiles, the upstairs is still the same except the balcony on the right side has been extended by 1 tile to fit the bottom floor. =)
