I got this idea from a house that I made when I first aquired the Sims2.
I wanted a house that was far from the rest of the community and sort of in the woods. This house is designed for one or maybe two people and has lots of room outside for a novel writers inspiration or a painters still life paintings. the first floor is completly open and has one bathroom. The second floor is the only bedroom. There is a hottub on the outside and a guest house.
