Lavish Estate - residential

Hello ladies and gentlesims :D

Presenting my 2nd house. It was built on a 5x4 Lot, a large lot therefore. It's price is of 206.000, it isn't cheap, but i hope your rich Sims will enjoy it or the ones who have a thing for "motherlode"...anyway I haven't used any cheats or hacks and yes you need all of the EP's available (including x-mas and family stuff) to play the lot.No custom objects either.

Here's the tour of the house :D

The Ist FLOOR includes a laaarge hallway that ends in the living room, has 2 staircases, a fountain(you'll get it out if u don't like it).On the right side u'll find the Office/Study, that has a Lounge, then we have the Dinning conected to the Bar and Kitchen(has a door that leads to the Patio).On the left side we have the Library, a split level one with a reading area (all important families have an impressing library on the interesting history of their own family or just lots and lots of books...our important Sims don't make an exception)and the Art Room, then there is a Family or Game Room that has a exit to the Patio too and finally the Guest Bath.



The IInd Floor has a hallway opened to below(you can see both the big entry hallway and the living).If you take a turn to the right there's the Master Bedroom, with a private bath and a sitting area before you enter the room.If you turn to the left we have 2 bedrooms,especially designed for the children, but the design can be changed to fit an Elder or Guests.



The house is partially furnished.

On the outside we have a large pool, on the right we have an open air sitting area(covered) and a small lake.On the left side we have 2 swings and many many many flowers :D

I hope you enjoy the house as much as I did when I built it and as much as I do playing it.This is my favourite house. Feel free to comment, bad or good :D
