Hello!

This is my first upload, a house built on a 3x4 lot(medium size). It's price is 85.106 and can fit up to 5 sims(if it is used as i built it) and comes unfurnished (if anyone wants it furnished, just ask).
I started building this house from a plan i found here : http://www.globalhouseplans.com/hou...-law~suites.htm

What i kept from the house is only the layout of the first floor, i changed the rest so that i could skip in a Study Room and some extra space for the family, on the 2nd floor. The Garage can fit 2 cars( one outside and on inside)

I have NOT used any custom content, it requieres ALL expansion packs (including X-mas and Family Fun), no hacks (i used moveobjects only when i moved the trash can, nowhere else and the disabled it)

As i said before, this is my first upload (try not to be very harsh on me), but i still want to hear the good things and the bad too.
Please do not upload this house somewhere else and take credit for it OR put it up on a pay site, this is free and it should remain this way.
