*Fight Club* 3X3 Community Boxing Ring

Your furious sims need somewhere to go to vent their fury. This boxing ring venue is the perfect place to enjoy a good dust-up. There's a big Fight Club sign that is on an OFB base and a couple of smaller posters on the lady in red mesh, which is just base game. The Lot file is ONLY the 3x3 sized lot and the posters are all separate so you can get only what you want.

I have Family Fun installed but I've had people with OFB install my lots too, so if you're interested in trying this lot and don't have FF, it might be worth giving it a try.

Downstairs is the boxing venue and a bar. Upstairs is some bathrooms and office space. Please leave comments if you have problems with anything and enjoy the fights!
