On the first floor you can find six meditation/yoga booth, a room with tvs and
stereos for workout, and a room, with two dart boards and three punching bags.
On the second floor there is a little bar & grill, a room with exercise machines and an indoor obstacle course.
On the outside there are jacuzzis, two putting greens and a pool with some "tan" beds.
NOTICE: Hacks that come with the lot are Merola's Energizer Painting and Inge's Teleporter Painting. It is highly recommended to use Sims2Pack Clean Installer for installation and not the Maxis Installer (because the Maxis Installer sometimes messes up the used recolor packages).
