hi everybody,

as I've been downloading quite a lot from mts I thought, I also need to give something back. As I'm no good at meshing or recouloring or basically everything , I thought I'll try out with a real-life building. So here is my sim-version of the arc de triomphe.

It's on 2x3 lot, because there isn't a lot of landscaping around the arc, just streets and I didn't want to waste the space. It's only made with maxis original wallpapers and floors etc. from university and nightlife. It costs about 120,000 $, which is pretty much, but I simply couldn't do without all the statues. The lot is designated as "residential" but can be rearrenged to be a community lot. I didn't do interiour design, because I couldn't decide between a family home or maybe a restaurant, so you can make your own choice, if you want it to be a hip nightclub or if you want to use it as a family home.

The highest floor is the only one, that's completly useable, I divided the lower floors, so you don't have the warping of the floortiles in the useable romms. So the lower you get, the less space there is. Therefore I would recommend, that you get Targa's ladder stairs here, so you don't have to waste room for normal stairs: http://www.modthesims2.com/showthread.php?t=96894
