hi everybody,

bored of your sims living in "normal homes" only? me too, thats why I did another real-life building. This time I've got the Walhalla by Regensburg for you.

The walhalla is on a 4x5 sized lot, and it costs about 100,000 $. It has 2 floors, which I left empty as I concentrated on the outside look, so you can choose how you would like your floorplan. It's build with maxis stuff only, but as I have university and nightlive, I think both expansion packs are needed.

The original walhalla has three stairs to get to the top of the hill, but I did only two of them, becuase I didn't want to waste too much space on stairs. Anyway, it still looks pretty realistic (at least I think so... )

The screenshots I included are 1 frontview, one backview, one topdown view, one sideview, one neighbourhood and one shot where you can see the staris.
