I created this house to be a beach house in my custom hood. Its on a 2x2 lot and has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. I furnished the first floor, but the 2nd floor (bedrooms) is unfurnished. It is also landscaped. I can't remember how much it cost, but the last time I checked it was about 70,000. Sorry I didn't furnish, but it was really made for CC.

No CC, hacks and packaged with the Clean Installer.
