I started creating community lots for my new town today and this tiny little boutique is so cute, I just have to share.

Sugar Babies is a children's boutique and has been in business for 47 years. Here you'll find fabulous pint sized clothing all made by hand. You can shop for already made clothing on the first floor or head upstairs to have that special something tailored for your child. For children's fashion, this is the place to be.

*The paintings that I made to go with this lot are in a separate download. They do not come with the lot and are not required for the lot to work. I don't remember the actual names of the paintings I used, but the Sugar Babies sign is the BIG graffiti painting and the children ones are the 1 tile red smoke painting.
