Munchie's Dorm (16 rooms)! *FIXED*

This lovely (and huge) dorm was once the home of the University's insane professor, Professor Munch. Due to his eccentric and sometimes scary tendency to bite inanimate (and occasionally animate) objects, he was commonly known around campus as Prof. Munchie, or, just Munchie. When he passed away, he bequeathed his former home to the students of the University, so that others may live with as much eccentricity as he did.

I present to you: Munchie's Dorm! Built on a 4x4 lot, it is a modification of a really big house I made for Squishy128 which can be found here: http://www.modthesims2.com/showthread.php?t=154533

The first floor has a large kitchen/dining area, decorated in the latest yellow 70's fashion, as well a smaller family/study area, a small study, and a two-stall bathroom. The second and third floors each house 8 rooms, four bathrooms, and two-person computer areas. The fourth floor is a massive attic room with two bathrooms, 8 desks, a pool table, and a study area. There is a swingset and large pool outside, as well as 3-car carport that runs under the second floor.

There are some custom bedspreads shown in the pictures, which are not included (since I wasn't sure who created them), so those beds should revert back to Maxis-bedspreads. The custom content includes:

This lot does require Uni, NL, OFB, and FFS (if you want the desks and tree). I am not sure whether it will run without FFS. I have 16 Sims living in there right now, all player-controlled, and it is a little slower than an average lot. It runs well with 8 Sims (and 8 dormies) on the lot. It does not seem to show up in the dorm bin, and I haven't figured out why yet, but it is a dorm and functions as one. It will be in the regular houses bin.
