Here is a house I decided to make on a whim after seeing nengi do a fantastic job on the same house
The Outback Queenslander is on a 4x3 lot and includes three bedrooms, two bathrooms, lounge, dining,
kitchen, verandas, covered entertaining area, space for a pool and ponds (like the photos),
two garages and an area for you to transform. There are two lots available to download,
the cheaper one is void of the lake water and alot of the foliage
It will cost either $66,000 or $80,000 depending on the lot.
