Here is another house with:
gym that has a swimming pool. The gym is the first floor.
second floor is the kitchen and living room with a small entrance way from the front door so your sims can greet thier gusts in style.
third floor has three large bedrooms and a bathroom.
Has elevater to all floors.
I have left the house unfirnished so you can change and fill it as you like.
COST: 81,045
SIZE: medium lot 4x3
