This three bedroom, 3 1/2 bath, traditional ranch exemplifies SIMple comfort. Sims can move around this spacious, one floor home with ease. The soothingly neutral colors and modestly decorated house was planned with your all your sims needs in mind. There is a one-car attached garage and a lovely covered porch that is ready to house your sims' hobbies. The yard has plenty of room for gardening or any playtime activity.

I have included a furnished and unfurnished version. These houses contain no custom content. I built the houses before I added FT, but I decorated it with the expansion pack installed. I don't know if you really need Free Time, but wanted to include it just in case.
