Hi Everyone!

Welcome to 'The Cabin'~ a wonderfully playable lot that is a close recreation to the cabin featured in the 80s comedy movie "The Great Outdoors". This lot is the small 3X2 lot, selling for $24, 659 and offers the following features:
~Driveway
~Outdoor Gazebo
~Open floorplan for 1st floor
~3 Bedrooms & 2 Bathrooms
~2nd Floor Balcony

Pictures show the home's exterior, and a look at each floor of the house from overhead.




I tried to keep the use of extras (like lots of trees to make it look like the woods) to a minimum so as to keep the overall file size low. As well, I tried in as many places as I could to use Maxis building materials. However, I did use some custom content as follows:
~Dark Distressed Floorboards
~Granite Floor
~ Wooden Stairs recolorable by Numenor
~Wild Spring Flowers (Hepatica)
~Easy Simlilies
~Maiden Hair Fern (Fantasy Garden)
~Small Willow Tree (Recolors)

This lot was run through the Clean Installer and does not contain any hacks! OFB and FFS required!
