Unique English Tudor Residential Lot

Ok this is my first upload, so I hope I get everything right. This is a unique enlgish tudor house on a residential lot, it has always been one of my favorites and so I thought I'd finally share it. It is 100% base game created, no hacks, no custom content, and therefor should be able to be used with any configuration of the game that you have. I have left the interior without paint or carpeting of any kind so that you can decorate it to your own preference. Wood floors, bathroom and kitchen items placed for definition purposes only.

1st floor has: Living room, dining room, kitchen, family room, laundry, bathroom, and two car garage.

2nd floor has: Three bedrooms, two baths, and a bonus room over the garage.

House also features a courtyard and a covered terrace where your sims can enjoy a good BBQ, outdoor dining, and even that hot tub they've always talked about getting. Hope you all like it!
