Lulu is the manager and Fortune teller at Caligari Carnival. She has a magic Crystall Ball that can tell count olaf where the Baudelaire orphans are Hiding. Her Secret shame is that she cannot tell the future she just uses a secret archive under her table, and that she only helps Olaf because He pays her Handsomely. She Meets her Fate in the Lion's pit (she didn't see that one coming) and her carnival gets burned to the Ground.
