The Arboretum (A very large greenhouse) by non_corporeal

This is my first upload onto Mod The Sims 2, I hope you like it. I wanted a greenhouse for for gardening based sims and then blew the roof (made of glass) I created the arboretum full of plants. I wanted each small section to have a different atmosphere. I even have a desert patch in there. It is a
3 x 5 size lot, lush green (no floor cover) and costs $149,332. The lot is fully furnished with a small balcony on the third level (above the bathroom for some reason!?! May be normal unless the floor is made of glass). The exterior of the houses' walls have the Laurana fencing and inside this are the bio sections, each one housing different plants and environments. The ground floor has no carpeting. Kitchen is in a nice light wood finish, and the living room has a pool in the centre and in the centre of that is a willow tree. This tree goes up through the first three levels. I put the bedroom right at the top, but I suspect many will want to change this. For one thing it is a one sim house unless the bedroom is moved one level down where is more room, or even swap the bedroom for the bathroom. But that is up to you.

http://www.11dots.com/ ---Go into the Build section, then download all of the Laurana fences (first three including interior fence). Then go into objects download PLANO Dining set 1, Aliante Living set 2, the eclipse office set 1, and the spirit hobby set.
Instal the downloaded file of the Arboretum in My Documents/EA Games/LotCatalog It should then appear as a choice in your lot bar.
That is the only custom content apart from the flowers made with OFB crafting station ingame, but I killed that sims off. This lot is fully furnished and unoccupied.
One last note, do not click exit to neighbourhood then yes I want to save while exiting. On my computer it saved but for some reason then shut down sims 2, I think all those fences are too much for my CPU to handle and for reference mine in 3.4 ghz. Is that low already by now?!?
