Hello,
It's been a while, but I've finally got around to making a new house. The floor plans can be found here.
This is a modern home, fit for a couple, and probably for a kid. There are about 1-2 spare areas/rooms.
1876 Berk Street has nutreal colours, i.e. whites/creams.
The lot size is 2X2.
All custom content is included:
