Hi,

This is a very basic and simple house on 2x2 lot for a family of 3 or 4, my favorite lot size for it's gameplay.

it has U shaped layout, maximal land use & it has "private" outdoor area suitable for swimming pool, sunbathing, jacuzi or any outdoor activity that need some privacy from your local peeping tom

good sirculation & easy access (no single tile passage, dead end, etc.)

painted in warm & natural color scheme

1 bedroom
1 master bedroom
2 bathrooms
1 kitchen with comfy dining area
1 large sitting area with fireplace (can be combined with hobby stuff)
1 indoor tiny pond + small space for planting, can be modified into a bedroom if you don't like it

the price is under 18000, unfurnished.
The one I use for taking screenshots is fully furnished with maxis stuff and it's about 35000,
so if you want to make it your starter home, you need to shop very carefully with your last 2000

no custom contains, no hack found.

I hope it can be a decent affordable house for a small family ^^

OFB needed (since I have all EP installed, I'm not so sure what item from what EP)
