First I'd like to say, WOW! Thanks a lot for the thanks and comments on my first upload I didn't really expect quite that big of a reaction Next I plan to re-create my own home, so, that'll be fun

On to this lot - it's a semi-original floorplan, basically a modified "vacation home" from CoolHousePlans.com.

FEATURES:
  • No Custom Content
  • Fully Furnished, intended for a couple with a baby or toddler.
  • 2x2 Lot, priced at $50,165
  • First Floor: 2 Bedrooms (Master [with small balcony] and Nursery)
  • Ground Floor: 1 Bathroom with shower/tub
  • Ground Floor: Large open living area with Kitchen, Dining, and Den.*
  • Wraparound, split-level porch.
  • Angled staircase (makes use of the OFB stage).
  • A little room for attic storage, but currently no staircase leads there.

* Though I didn't put in a television because I wanted the effect of a quiet, old-country home, one of the loveseats can be replaced with a TV is you really want one. (Or if you have Numenor's "anywhere" TV like I do, you can just put a TV on the coffee table.) But there's lots of artwork and other fun-increasing items around, so your sims might never miss the ol' glowbox.

A note about my .rar files: I include the screenshots inside the .rar for those people who, like myself, like to archive their downloaded lots "just in case". This way, if a crash or reformat or reinstall or whatever happens that may make you need to find all your lots and reinstall them, you know exactly what your archived lot looks like without actually having to put it in the game. This is also so that if you later decide that you don't really like that lot as much as you used to, you can just chuck the thing
However, I'm not opposed to .raring "just the lot" for those for whom filesize is a problem. If there's enough interest, I'll start doing this.

As always, feel free to use in stories, both on and off the TS2Exchange Credit (By way of a link to MySimPage or eMail.) is appreciated, but not necessary.

Happy Simming!
