Hello again

This time I've uploaded the very first lot I ever created in TS2. Happily it was one of the ones that the TS2 exchange didn't delete. It was originally created with only the base game, though I went back in and checked it out to take pictures, and decided to make a couple of modifications from the original version. It's not really anything of note, I narrowed the front yard a little to make room for a driveway (which I did NOT add), moved the willow tree to make room for a potential garage, and made the little garden a bit bigger.

As it is, this lot shouldn't require any expansion packs to install and use. Problem is, I'm not sure that if you have expansions installed when you edit a lot created in the base game, if it saves it as needing the expansions to use regardless of whether or not it actually has content from those expansions. So to be safe, I'm listing it as requiring all the expansion packs - though if you don't have any and it works fine for you, please let me know so I can change this post accordingly

FEATURES:
  • No Custom Content
  • The Lot : 3x3 Single-Story Lot, priced at $18,358
  • The Rooms : 1 Bedroom, 1.5 bathrooms, Kitchen, Study, Dining/Den.
  • Outdoors : Large, partially-shaded porch with a small garden and lots of yard space.
  • Expansion Compatibility : Ample space for driveway and garage (Nightlife).

Now that I think about it, this lot is probably best suited to a University graduate who has an inventory to bring all their stuff home in. with a price of $18,358, it makes the lot affordable right away but it doesn't leave a lot of room to buy furnishings with. :/ (Unless of course you 'kaching' some money in... hehe) But it's cozy, and the Study can even be converted to a nursery or single-sim bedroom for families with a low budget.

Please enjoy, and Happy Simming!
