Hi all,

Here is a Light house for your Sims who like the water

A water front lot
4 Story white block house
1 bed room
1 bathroom
Living room
Kitchen with dinning area
1 car parking
Deck and patio
Features,
Fountain, observation deck,
And lots of lights
Set up on a 4x3 Lot
And will cost your Sims $144,468 to live in this fully furnished home.


I do have all the Expansion packs including the family fun stuff installed so unless you have all some items might not show up.
(most of the decorations are from the family fun pack)
But the basic lot should show . If not please let me know

This lot has been cleaned with the Clean Installer and contains NO Hack
there is some custom stuff made by me.

NOTE; While playing the lot I had the fish tank backwards and it needs to be turned around and I for got to put lights in the house.
