It is on a small 2 x 4 lot and is a residential lot that your Sims can buy and live in for
$45,833.

This lot has a
Out house.
1 class room with desks and chairs and stove
and black boards made by me.
There is a play ground and a fishing pond and lot of trees


This was done in a clean game with no mods and the only custom content is made by me,
