A perfect modern house for any sim or family. It includes a garage and a small back garden. The dirt area in the front is where you can plant flowers and that so have fun with that. The house is unfurnished besides for steps, door and windows. It has been tested with a family and I have checked that you can fit what you need in this house. It costs a little bit less than 35,000. It is on a 2x2 lot (forgot to add that in).

Ground Floor - Large Open-plan area with spaces for lounge/TV room, dining room and kitchen. Also has a small bathroom.
1st Floor - Master Bedroom with en-suite bathroom, 2 Bedrooms, 1 Bathroom and a Study.

This was designed for the Modern Line Furniture Set by Around The Sims 2 (http://www.aroundthesims2.com) but I'm sure it can be used with any other.
