Hi there,

This is my first upload of a house. The house is build on a lot of 3x3 and costs 35.178 simolians.
It offers room for up to 4 sims. On the first floor you will find a large living room, a hallway, a bathroom, a kitchen and a diner.
On the second floor you will find two badrooms and a bathroom. One of the bedrooms has a small balcony.

The house comes unfurnished.

There is some custom content on this lot.
