The residence hall consists of 12 fully furnished, air-conditioned rooms. There is a shared living space between every two apartments. These living rooms, though communal, are for the primary use of the students residing in adjutant rooms. Each room is furnished with the basic needs only, a twin sized bed, nightstand, dresser, and desk with chair. Restrooms have been conveniently located near each living space. Each floor also has a communal media center that has computers linked to the university network. Large windows allow plenty of natural light into every room of this historical building.

Amenities provided in the building include: student lounge space on each floor, a fitness center equipped with the newest equipment and hot tub, a communal dining facility, and an entertainment center. Elevators are located in the central room of each floor. A large semi-protected front lawn surrounds the building, swimming pool, student parking and a patio/picnic area.
