This terrain I made for my own personal use. I wanted something that made use of the 1x3 lot with roads all around it and this one does just that. Its a nice cosy sized NH to work with in my opinion. There is a small shopping district with room for the larger residential buildings since I usually make large scale homes. It would also be a great UNI terrain I think. There is a how to install file located in the zip, remember not to add that file to your sc4 folder.
