Here's the second of the Brixham Project, a medium sized dorm on a 1x3 lot.
It houses 6 students (or 7 if the double bed is used).

There is a separate rar file for the custom walls and floors I made. If you've already downloaded it there's no need to do it again.

The Brixham Project's University is rather in the style of ivy league universities or even St. Andrews, Oxford or Cambridge. Those were my inspiration.
