The final installment of the University part of the Brixham Project, a place for students to have a drink, play some pool, dance with friends and just hang out.

I've run out of ideas for Uni buildings so if anyone has something specific they'd like to see within this theme, let me know. Otherwise, I'm off to begin the regular houses for a main neighborhood.

You will need roddyaleixo's invisible driveway for this lot.

Don't re-download the walls and floors if you already have them! I don't want anyone complaining that they've got a gazillion duplicate Brixham files in their downloads folder :P
