Bookstore with barista and Electronics shop, all in one. This is another of the Brixham buildings that began to paint over the brickwork. Brixham Bros. Construction was appalled - lawsuits are still pending.

Lot: 3x1
If lot is unowned, Sims can buy espresso and anything from the electronics kiosk but nothing else. A Sim must own the business (the whole building) to activate the other portions.
