This is my first house. I've provided it two ways:

Unfurnished, unlandscaped costs 19,348
Furnished, fully landscaped costs 63,454
2x2 Lot
1 bedroom, 1 bath
No custom content, all Maxis items and the file was created with the clean installer.
All EP's required.

This home was inspired by my great-grandmother's old house that I spent so much time in. Like her house, this has a fenced-in flower garden with fountain and bench, but then there is a side and backyard with lots of trees. If your Sim doesn't want to garden this much (there are a LOT of flowers!) I suggest you use one of the perfect plant hacks out there. I sure do!

The downstairs has a very small living room and eat-in kitchen. The upstairs has the bedroom and bathroom. For the furnished version, I used many of the high-end Maxis items, since they address Sims' comfort motives more. For decorating I used mostly the Maxis Storybook Collection.

I'm nervous about uploading this, especially since there are so many builders her that are experts (and your work is what inspired me to try my hand at this). I hope you enjoy my newbie attempts.
