Number 7 in my Single Lane Series. This one has a halfway daylight basement that can be sectioned off any way that you want. Has a seperate entrance AND a ladder stair to the main house. Theres not much of a backyard but its there! Hope you enjoy!

I did use some moveobjects on cheats to build this house so if you have OFB and want to move the mailbox and trash can back to where they were then you will have to have windkeeper's OFB locked tiles fix found here. Any EP before that and you can use a cheat found on the Cheats page of the site.
