My first attempt at split level housing. I hope you guys like it. This house has 3 floors, 4 bedrooms, 4 1/2 baths, basement and guest house. It comes with minor furnishings such all the plumbing, kitchen (fridge, stove, sink, counters), dining table, and with a hot tub and bar in the basement.

The house is build on a 3x4 lot size.
