Here is the first residential building for the Brixham Project, although all of these that are coming up could also be used as University housing as well.

This is The Peregrine, a large city-living duplex on a 1x3 lot resembling a townhouse. Two units, connected, are mirror images of each other. I played with eight sims quite easily. On the ground level are two garages. I did not make stairs from the garage to the next level because on a 1x3 lot there is very little room to spare. The second level holds the kitchen and living room. Above that is the master suite with a very large hallway intended to double as a study. There is plenty of room for a desk, sofa and bookcase for homework and studying. The top level contains two kids bedrooms, each with a bathroom for a total of 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. Cost: 77,030.
