The basement level contains the sleeping quarters with two bedrooms – each with adjoining bathrooms. There is also a small sitting room which can also be used as a playroom.

The top floor features a sun room, with balconies with panoramic views of the sea. There is also a ladder leading to the roof deck, and equipped with a telescope – this a fine place for whale watching. The home is not very large, but will comfortably house a family of 4-5 Sims.

The house is lightly furnished - all basic ammenties are included, and features a parking for one car, speedboat, an outdoor entertaining area and a beautiful garden.

(This lot is best placed on a lot along the coastline. I created it on a lot on the “Cape Town” neighbourhood by Patul. But it is works very well in the Bluewater Neighbourhood as well.)
