We all need some fun in the sun – and this beach cottage is the ideal seaside retreat. The cottage is built right beside the sea and one can access the sea right from the deck. (Features swimmable terrain)The home has plenty of large windows, allowing in plenty of light – as well as providing panoramic view of the sea.

Built on two levels, the lower level features a full bathroom, kitchen, dining area and living room. There is even a small study nook below the stairs (It is perfect for those sim’s that love surfing the net as well as surfing the waves). The upper level has two bedrooms, a full bath, as well as a lounge area.

While the lot is small, this seaside retreat features all the conveniences of home. It also has a deck for entertaining. The cottage is fully furnished and can accommodate four sims. The "sea" is swimmable.
