Here is a new house I have made.
It's call Isadore, there is 2 bedrooms, 1 and 1/2 bathroom, a "garage".
It costs 37 421§ and it's on a 3x4 terrain.

I used the transparent floor tile made by RGiles (thank you!) : http://www.modthesims2.com/showthread.php?t=34012 (it's included in the package file).

You will need the three EPs, "University" "Nightlife" and "Open for business".
I have ad some pictures: Front, back, each sides, and the two levels.
