Stops vampires from walking with their arm held over their face.

Update 12-10-06:
Fixed a problem where an error would occur when a sim was about to change from a vampire bat back to a normal vampire after selecting the 'fly here' option.

This will have no effect on the count or countess, apparently the animation is hardwired to them when the game creates them.
