As part of the Brixham Project, I've created several community lots for the university. Here is the student quad, a simple park with bathroom, grilling area and a couple of nice benches to sit on.

It's on a 2x2 lot.
There is a separate rar file for the custom walls and floors I made. If you've already downloaded it there's no need to do it again.

*Update Jul 2 06: Simsbaby, the little sweetheart, recreated the building so that it is available as a pre-OFB download for all you Uni-Nightlifers out there, so enjoy!
