Inspired by the beautiful English coast (and my own Oregon coastline), I bring you Gull Cottage.

Unfurnished, unlandscaped: 16,144
Furnished, fully landscaped: 68,158
2X2 Lot
Furnished with all Maxis objects, however I've included my own (inside) walls and a floor I made.

The walls are:

Faded Denim Rags
Denim Rags
Aqua Rags
Soft Rags
Sunny Rags

The floor is River Rock (I made it to go with the Maxis Running the Rapids wall).

This is a small 1 bedroom, 1.5 bath house, although upstairs there's an extra room to convert to a bedroom if desired. I used Mike's tutorial for L-shaped stairs and it took me three tries to get it right but here it is
