Furnished with all Maxis objects, however I've included my own (inside) walls and a floor I made.

The floor is River Rock (I made it to go with the Maxis Running the Rapids wall).
This is a small 1 bedroom, 1.5 bath house, although upstairs there's an extra room to convert to a bedroom if desired. I used Mike's tutorial for L-shaped stairs and it took me three tries to get it right but here it is
