It's very small but functional and it looks some-what luxurious. It is built on a 1x3 lot, and will cost $19,973! The home is very open, it's perfect for a young bachelor or baccalaureat (sp?). It's features are...-uhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh....well it's cute!
The Eclipse you see by Fresh-Prince (http://www.modthesims2.com/showthread.php?t=169614) is not included in the lot, it is simply there to show that the house has a driveway, and to help make the pic look better. The only peice of custom content included is by roddyaleixo.
