Here is a Santa Fe style (or New Mexico style if you prefer) home. (I lived in N.M. off and on for many years. Also lived in Santa Fe for years. Was married there and had my kids there.) It is a style I just can't get out of my head, no matter where I move.

(note there are a lot of great things on this site that you can add to make the house even more Santa Fe/N.M., but I wanted to keep it straight Maxis only)

I only have The base game and the lot uses only maxis content. No recolors, no meshes, no custom content. Only a few uses moveObjects.

It should be completely clean. Packed with Clean Installer - Hack Free (x-ing fingers)

I am including both a furnished and unfurnished version.

This is a 2 bd/2 ba home.

The house has 8 rooms (if you include the one hallway) + an additional 4 outdoor rooms. (if you include the entryway)
