Well this is my first upload, I hope it goes well.

I only have The base game and the lot uses only maxis content. No recolors, no meshes, no custom content. Only a few uses moveObjects.

It should be completely clean. Packed with Clean Installer - Hack Free (x-ing fingers)

I am including both a furnished and unfurnished version.

Furnished cost $297,469

Lot size is 3x4 (3 wide x 4 deep)

This is a 3 bd/3 ba home, with 1 bd/1 ba guest house.

Main house has 12 rooms, + the two story foyer. The guest house has 4 rooms. Both homes are two story. There is also a sitting/changing room with men's and woman's bathrooms out by the pool.

Please note the screen shots do not show the following changes: The addition of curtains to the main house kitchen and game room (I installed them after took the pictures), and the exercise room has been rearranged.
