It is small size lot 2x2, good for a starter if you have the money since it costs 50-51 simoleons. It has one bedroom and one bathroom and is not fully decorated inside ,so you can decorate it as you like. It is good forn one sim but also for a couple. Small and playable. It requires also Family Fun Staff
