Modern 3 Bedroom 2.5 Bath w/ Garage + Lots of Extra Room !!!!

This is a 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom house from the floor plans of an actual home builder ...It is from the floor plans of Genesis Homes..I forgot to write down the model name so I cant help you with that

On to the goodies about this house (there are quite a few)

This house has a 1st floor Master Bedroom Suite with walk-in closet and master bath..There is also a large living room - dining room combo. A kitcheb with a breakfast nook and a utility room off the kitchen .There is also the half bath on the first floor by the front entry...Upstairs there is a sitting area at the top of the stairs with an open area to the foyer below.There is 1 large bedroom with walk in closet and 1 smaller bedroom..There is also a full bath plus 2 bonus rooms..I also built a 2 car garage with room for expansion above that (maybe an inlaw place) ...Almost the entire house is oak hardwood floors with the exception of the baths, kitchen, closets and 1 bonus room..The house is also sided in diagonal wood siding ..There is lots of landscaping done outside also..The only thing is i did not put any lights anywhere inside the buildings that leaves it open for your personal touch !!!...The only rooms furnished are the kitchen and bathrooms with maxis stuff of course ...

The house sits on a 2 X 5 lot and is decorated with numerous trees , shrubs and flowers ...The cost of the house with everything is approx. 78k (I forgot to write the price before i quit the sims)..

This is my second in a series of designs straight from home builders across the country ..I will be uploading a lot more lots as I get them done ....

You will probabbly need at the very least OFB exp pack as i made this house with every exp pack installed including FFS ...
