This is my first upload to the site, and I would like to start off by this sorta-Victorian like house. The best place to put this is in your OPB Neighborhood, as this is an house that has an room so your sims can start their business there. The roof was a horrible pain to make, but I don't think I had did it right (like an realistic Victorian House.)

As for custom content, I took them out, because the authors wouldn't allow their meshes to be distributed.

The lot value is $157,713, and the lot size is 40 x 40. A great house for your medium-upper class sims. It has an built in elevator inside, because at the time, I couldn't make U-shaped stairs. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, breakfast nook, living room, and garage. Pool and hot tub is outside, with floral scenery and trees along with them.

This lot requires all the expansion packs, maybe FFP (Family Fun Pack).
