One of my finest lots for upload. I was going to put this on TSR, but I had some custom content that I couldn't upload with it so....

Well, let's take a tour of the house.

First we'll going to explore the 5 main rooms of the house. The Living Room, Family Room, Dining Room, Loft, Kitchen & Nook. (The kitchen and nook are combined together as a room, so that counts as one room, not two.

The living room does not have the custom content included except the windows. I will credit the makers at the end of the post.

Next is the other rooms, like the bathrooms and the bedrooms to go along with them.



Now the floor plans.


I will have the garage/gameroom screeies below, but it's nothing special.

As for outside, there is a pond and a swingset in the backyard. Several trees set the mood there, and it's your choice to add a area for a small garden. There is an attached deck to the family room, and it also serves as a carport to the second garage.

The lot size is 3x3 and the cost is ยง144,371.
